Please choose carefully when buying individual cards. Because cards are collectibles and condition-sensitive items, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible at cardreservenz@gmail.com. Please include:

Your order number.
Photos of the item and packaging.
A short description of the issue.

Condition expectations

Raw cards can have minor imperfections from printing, handling, packaging, or age. We aim to show and describe condition clearly, but raw cards are not guaranteed to grade at any specific level.
